Our Story

The White Noise Collective launched in 2025 with a group of friends and families who saw a huge need for creatives to connect and be known in a community where their gifts and talents would be championed and challenged, instead of cheapened and compromised. We give space for pure voices to develop and rise, and provide training, mentorship and support that will develop and strengthen those voices. We host a wide array of events focused on community, discipleship and artist development. April White

Founder, Director

April White, along with husband Chris, founded White Noise Studio in 2020. She is mother to her two most favorite young adults on the planet, a singer/songwriter, loves leading worship, starting coffee shops, and creating amazing spaces where people can connect and belong.

Matt Roby

Production Manager

Matt Roby is husband to Nichole, father to 8 incredible young people, new grandpa, drummer for Zoe Imperium, songwriter, mentor, pastor, and loves playing with fire...especially when putting them out.

Kayla Spradley

Administrative Director

Kayla Spradley is married to Jasona, mother to her crazy talented off spring, she is a vocalist in their family band "Spradley", and a mastermind at logistics and keeping people moving in the right direction.

Chris White

Founder/Marketing Director

Chris White along with his wife April founded White Noise Studio in 2020. He is a dad to two epic young men, an author, drummer podcaster, speaker and artist mentor.

Nichole Roby

Event Director

Nichole Roby is married to Matt Roby and mother to her small army of world changers. Nichole is the steady driving force behind everything she does and excells in managing chaos. She is a master of fresh perspective and cutting to the heart.

Ross Burck

Media Director and IT

Ross Burck is married to Lynn. Together they are an unstoppable force for hospitality. Ross specializes in all things techie and is currently learning how to direct film and develop real estate.

Haley Wood

Artist Engagement Manager

Haley Wood is a singer/songwriter and our artist engagement specialist. She is resonsible for booking and promoting our WNC events and has been with White Noise since the beginning.

Jason Spradley

Development Director

Jason Spradley is husband to Kayla and father to two lovely humans. He is the front man of their family band "Spradley", he is a mentor, pastor and a teacher through and through, and he loves Jesus with his whole heart.

Lynn Burck

Hospitality Director

Lynn Burck is married to Ross Burck. She has a brilliant ability to draw people in and make them feel welcome. Hospitality is her first language and she goes above and beyond everything she dose.
